Speed Measuring Device
FH type floating scale series belt scales generally use PLR-12R type speed measuring devices. These consist of speed measuring sensors and rollers directly fixed on the conveying frame, suspended on the return belt. Friction drives roller rotation to measure speed accurately. Carbon brushless pulse generators emit pulses representing belt travel units, with frequency proportional to belt speed. Protection level reaches IP65.
