Introduction
Our Jumbo Bag Bagging Machine System is specifically engineered for Jumbo Bag/Ton Bag packaging applications. This robust unit handles packaging from 500kg to 1000kg or more, depending on material bulk density. Currently deployed across various industries including chemical products, fertilizer products, feed mill products, and food products.

Operating Process
Manual bag supply & clamping → Automatic filling → Automatic weighing → Automatic bag conveyance
The jumbo bag packing machine operation begins with manual placement of the jumbo bag onto the packing machine bag clamper. Upon triggering the proximity switch, the system automatically clamps and locks all four loops. The process continues with automatic material feeding, precision weighing, and discharge into jumbo bags. Completed bags are conveyed out via heavy-duty conveyor for forklift transport.
Materials are loaded into the feeding hopper via wheel loader, then elevated to the packing machine via bucket elevator for feeding, weighing, packing, and discharge into 300kg-2000kg jumbo bags. Finished bags are conveyed out and ready for forklift movement.
